Bulk Drag and drop to user is available.
Where would you like to import the execution plan from ?

More info:
In Details view you can create structure in a way
ConfigSuite1
|--->ExecPlan1 - assigned to Tester1
|--->ExecPlan2 - assigned to Tester2
|--->ExecPlan3 - assigned to Tester3In TestCycle you can import from ConfigSuite1:
why not to import Assigned testers and cases directly to them from each exec plan?Another way:
You have Tester1, Tester2, Tester3 assigned to TestCycle.
Click on tester name and press "import from execution plan" - now cases will be added not to selected tester but to "no specific tester" list. But would be great to import directly to tester.
In test cycle you can import cases from execution plans. But you can't do that directly to user - you need to import to "no specific tester" and then drag-n-drop. When you have TestSet/ExecutionPlan with 2000 cases and 3 configurations and 7 testers and you need to drag-n-drop cases to them separately - it's not useful at all.
Idea and proposal - to allow to import cases from execution plan directly to user in test cycle.
And in addition - import list of assigned users with cases to test cycle in case if configuration suite contains assigned testers to execution plans - to import list of users as well or transfer cases to proper user if it's already assigned in configuration suite.
I can provide detailed example if needed, is it ok to record demo-video and add link?
