Valid request, that probably will be considered for a future release of Silk Test.Chuck Tronolone commented
Agent.SetOption(Options.optionName, ...) only has a small fraction of the options available via the UI. In Silk Test's predecessor, TestPartner, there was the ability to save every single option into a profile and then load the profile programmatically during runtime. The code was simply: Playback.RunEnvironment = "myPlaybackProfile". Why this is no longer possible in Silktest is beyond me. Without the ability to load a playback profile during runtime, VB.NET scripts are no longer machine independent. This becomes a real problem over time as people lose touch with what settings their machines should have and we end up wasting countless hours unnecessarily troubleshooting apparent bugs that are the result of the wrong playback settings.

It kills me that this is not already an option. Without the ability to update all options or set a playback profile during runtime, there is no way to be sure that whatever machine the script is running on has the necessary settings enabled.
