Automatically update codepage to that of current system
When exporting projects and sharing with colleagues who have different codepages the codepage function produces an error until the codepage is updated. So it would be good if part of the import included a check for codepage and an update of this function.
automatically updating the codepage is not a valid solution, as the script may simply not run. A warning would be more suitable
My point was to have a check during opening the script that the codepage matches that of the current system and update it if it doesn't.
The codepage check is necessary since all the strings (multibyte characters in particular) stored in the bdf file are based on that codepage. A file stored on a system with codepage X does not necessarily work on a system where codepage Y is active. If you don't want the codepage check, delete it. However don't be confused if characters are interpreted differently on systems with different codepages.
