Planned date and time of execution for every entry in a manual execution planning
It should be possible to set a planned execution date and time for every test case in a test cycle, to enable the comparation between planned and actual execution times.

In Details view you can create structure in a way
|--->ExecPlan1 - assigned to Tester1
|--->ExecPlan2 - assigned to Tester2
|--->ExecPlan3 - assigned to Tester3
In TestCycle you can import from ConfigSuite1:
why not to import Assigned testers and cases directly to them from each exec plan?
You have Tester1, Tester2, Tester3 assigned to TestCycle.
Click on tester name and press "import from execution plan" - now cases will be added not to selected tester but to "no specific tester" list. But would be great to import directly to tester.

Archie, using this approach the tester could execute the test cases out of the planned order to compensate blocked test cases or bad estimates (postponing problematic test cases) and the report would not detect the fail. We would have to add one more verification, to detect test cases that should have been executed and were not.
With test cycles you can specify the time windows for when the tests are to be executed, within this you can set milestones for % of tests to be completed at each stage.
The Test Cycle dates which are configure could be compared to actual execution dates through custom report.
