rewrite the issue manager in SCTM
Define the workflow process in issue manager is not user friendly, and the inbox makes customer feel confuse. And sometimes can not customized the workflow process as customer wanted at all, it's not flexible at all.
Silk Central 18.0 will introduce a enhancement within IM which will include for example introduction of issue grid allowing the viewing of issues across 1 or more inboxes, view of all issues ect. The issue grid will allow filtering, grouping against all IM fields, and export of data to excel.

Hi, regarding the creating of IM template, I agree with Micky.
we use a Project template to generate new SCTM and IM project quicly and we have to zap sctm/im database to do what.
I agree with Kefeng, there are several possible improvements into SCTM, like more capability to set the custom fields mandatory at specific action, but I have a prayer.
In our organization we are moving all the developers team to use SCIM, so please don't remove any of the existing capabilities as done in other context (like manual test interface) without consider the potential impact to existing users (and business).

At this stage it is also very laborious job to define Issue tracking workflow for each time we create a new project.
We can copy the existing workflow but it is not helpful at all when you want to restrict some users from a group to access that workflow (project) which is not possible and our customer ends up creating new Issue Tracking workflow each and every-time they start a new project. This limiting factor is affecting a lot to the Silk Central brand and it makes it hard to upgrade existing customer to latest Version of Silk Central.
